Artist & Facilitator
Linda draws inspiration from the people and situations that life brings her way, believing that art captures emotions that cannot be expressed in words.
She has a deep love for learning and has explored a variety of art mediums, such as collage, mixed media, acrylics, with resin being her latest obsession. She has had opportunities to share what she has learned with students of all ages and experiences through various artist-in-residencies, such as in elementary, middle and high schools, and has facilitated art projects in the community.
She is both an artist and a facilitator who has worked with people on the margins of society using art as a means of healing and self-expression. Her passion is creating art with people for whom the creative process is an ill-afforded luxury. Her collaborative artworks, as well as her personal art and commissions have been displayed in galleries, public buildings and businesses as well as in private homes locally and internationally.
