100 Braid St Studios & Gallery is a unique event venue for the creatively minded. We are a working art studio located in a former winery where you and your guests are surrounded by stunning architecture, natural light and beautiful art. Whether it’s a wedding, anniversary or any other celebration, your event will be an unforgettable experience.
The main gallery area of 2500 square feet seats up to 90 people or can accommodate cocktail events for 120.
Decor Included: 21 Banquet Tables, 130 Vintage School house chairs, Antique reception desk.
Catering: Not Provided. Kitchen available
Liquor: Liquor License required from the Liquor Board or through your caterer.
10 Hours (2:00pm – Midnight)
$1150 + GST
SOCAN fee of $59.17 plus GST applies to all musical entertainment (Not included)
-Additional Hours $110 + GST
-Photography Room/Resting Room 15 × 17” room $20 + GST per hour

We are directly across the street from the Braid St Skytrain Station and a two minute drive off of the Brunette Exit of Hwy 1. Drop off and limited parking is available in the front of the building. A large parking lot with 47 spaces is available at the back of the building.
Total deposit is $450 and includes a $250 returnable damage deposit.
Two weddings a month only. Art related events can be scheduled at any time throughout the month.
